5 page website Packages
A five-page website costs $300 to $800 from a freelancer in the United States, and $1,500 to $5,500 from an agency.
Those numbers are real. They are not padded, and they buy real things: discovery, original design, professional copywriting, revision rounds, a project manager.
Our five-page package is $100, one-time, published the same business day. That is roughly a fifteenth of the low end of the agency range for the same five pages, so it would be reasonable of you to be suspicious. Smaller sites cost less because they are smaller: $50 buys one or two pages, $75 buys three or four.
So this page explains what a five-page website actually is, then exactly which four cost centres we removed to get there — and only then shows you the price table.
What is a 5 page website?
A five-page website is a small business website made of Home, About, Services, Contact, and one page of your choice. It is the smallest structure that does not feel thin to a visitor, and for most service businesses it is the point at which a website stops being a placeholder and starts doing work.
Home
What you do, who it is for, and the one action you want a visitor to take. Carries your main call to action.
About
Who is behind the business and why a stranger should believe you. The page that does the most quiet conversion work.
Services
What you sell, broken into sections a visitor can scan. One section per service, each with its own call to action.
Contact
A working form with spam protection, plus your phone, email, and address written out as text so search engines can read them.
Your fifth page
One of Blog, Portfolio, Pricing, or FAQ. Trades usually want Portfolio, consultants usually want Pricing, clinics usually want FAQ.
Why is a five-page website only $100?
The price is $100 because four things are fixed before the build starts: the scope, the component library the layout is assembled from, the absence of a discovery or strategy phase, and the fact that you supply all text and images. Removing those four cost centres is the entire mechanism. There is nothing else to it.
Fixed scope
The page count and the deliverables are decided before we start. Nothing is discovered halfway through, so nothing is re-quoted halfway through.
A component system, not a blank page
Your layout is assembled from a library of sections we have already built and tested. This is the single largest reason the price works, and it is also the main thing you are giving up.
No discovery phase
There is no workshop, no stakeholder interview round, and no strategy deck. You already know what your business does. We build that.
You supply the content
Text, images, and logo come from you. Copywriting is the most expensive hour in a normal web project and removing it is what makes a two-hour turnaround arithmetically possible.
What that trades away
- Custom design from a blank page. Layouts are assembled from a fixed component system.
- Copywriting. You supply the text for every page.
- Logo design, photography, and brand identity work.
- E-commerce, checkout, payments, memberships, logins, and booking systems.
- More than 5 pages. Additional pages are $20 each after launch.
- Domain registration and hosting fees. These are third-party costs you pay directly and own.
- Custom integrations, CRM wiring, API work, and migrations from an existing site.
- Unlimited revisions. Complete includes one round within 7 days; further rounds are quoted.
- Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and SEO campaigns. Those are separate services.
If any of those matter to your business right now, this is the wrong package and a custom build is the honest recommendation.
The packages
Speed, mobile behaviour, and SEO structure are identical in all three — the $50 build is not a degraded version of the $100 one. Page count is what changes between tiers, and the five-page package adds one revision round plus connected Analytics and Search Console. Send your complete content and brand assets before 2:00 PM CT and your site is published the same business day. Assets that arrive after the cutoff publish the next business day. The two-hour figure is our typical publish time, not a contractual guarantee, and the clock starts when we have your complete content and brand assets — not when you pay.

A Deeper Look: The Strategy Behind Our Tiers
Click through each tier to understand why we built it and what we aim to deliver for your online presence.
The honest version of why this plan exists
Plenty of businesses do not need five pages. They need one page that says what they do, proves they are real, and gives someone a way to get in touch, and they need it before their next meeting rather than in five weeks. The Starter tier exists for that, and it deliberately carries the same technical baseline as the tiers above it.
What this plan is designed to deliver
A one or two page mobile-responsive site on your own domain, published the same business day, with a working contact form, compressed images, SSL, and proper title tags and heading structure. Not a placeholder. A small, finished website.
One-time $50. Published same business day when complete assets arrive before 2:00 PM CT.
Not sure which package fits?
Tell us how many pages you need and what you already have written. If the fixed-scope format is wrong for you, we will say so instead of selling it to you.
Our delivery promise: Send your complete content and brand assets before 2:00 PM CT and your site is published the same business day. Assets that arrive after the cutoff publish the next business day. If we miss your publishing window, you get a full refund. No conversation required.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a 5 page website cost?
In the United States a five-page website typically costs $300 to $800 from a freelancer and $1,500 to $5,500 from an agency. BizTech Resource Analyst builds the same five pages for $100 as a fixed-scope package, because the scope, the component system, and the content source are all settled before the build starts. Those published agency ranges are real and they are not padded. An agency quoting $3,000 for five pages is usually including discovery workshops, original design from a blank page, professional copywriting, stakeholder revision rounds, and a project manager. All of that has genuine value. The $100 package removes every one of those line items and keeps only the build itself.
How much does a basic 5 page website cost?
A basic five-page website means five static pages with no online store, no customer logins, and no custom design work. That build costs $100 at BizTech Resource Analyst as a one-time fixed price. The word basic is doing real work in that sentence, so here is what it rules out: no shopping cart or checkout, no membership area, no booking or scheduling system, no database, no custom integrations with your CRM or accounting software, and no design drawn from a blank page. What it does include is five real pages, mobile layouts tested on phones and tablets, compressed images, a working contact form, and on-page SEO structure.
How many sections should each page have?
Each page in a five-page build runs three to five sections. A section is one idea with one heading: a hero, a proof block, a service breakdown, a call to action. Fewer than three and the page reads thin; more than five and visitors stop scrolling before they reach your contact form. Your fifth page is where the variation sits — a trades business usually wants Portfolio, a consultant usually wants Pricing, a clinic usually wants FAQ. We will tell you which fits if you are not sure.
Is a cheap website any good?
On the things that are measurable, yes. Every tier here is mobile-responsive, loads fast, sits on your own domain, has a working contact form, and carries proper title tags, meta descriptions, and heading structure — the same technical baseline a $2,000 five-page build would give you. What is genuinely not the same: the design is assembled from a component system rather than drawn for you, the words are yours rather than a copywriter's, nobody is doing strategy, and there is no ongoing optimisation. Note the scope difference too — $50 buys one or two pages, and the five-page site an agency would quote at $1,500 or more is the $100 tier. It is a good fit if you need a credible, working web presence this week. It is a bad fit if your website is your primary sales channel, if you are raising money, or if you are in a category where design is the differentiator.
What is included in an affordable website design package?
Every BizTech same-day package includes a mobile-responsive build tested on phones and tablets, compressed images, fast-loading configuration, a working contact form with spam protection, title tags and meta descriptions on each page, proper heading structure, an XML sitemap, robots.txt, and SSL. The Complete tier adds one revision round and connects Google Analytics and Google Search Console. What is not included in any tier: copywriting, logo design, photography, e-commerce, logins, bookings, custom integrations, hosting fees, and domain registration fees. Those last two are third-party costs you pay directly and own outright.
