The Brief
Bespoke Cycles is a premium custom bicycle fit studio and pro bike shop serving the Bay Area cycling community. Their offering spans Retul 3D motion capture fitting, custom and pro bike builds, premium apparel, mechanical service, and demo rentals - positioning them firmly at the high end of the local cycling market.
They needed a website that matched their level of craftsmanship and personalization. The brief had three clear priorities: communicate premium positioning from the first scroll, explain each service in enough detail to qualify serious buyers, and give riders a direct, frictionless path to booking a fit consultation.
