The Brief

BFF Bikes is a Bucktown, Chicago institution - a full-service bike shop built around the belief that cycling should be accessible to everyone. Founded in 2014 by Gillian Forsyth, the shop has grown into a full-service hub for riders of all backgrounds and skill levels.

They needed a website that captured their community-driven identity while functioning as a real commercial platform: showcasing inventory by brand, explaining each service clearly, and giving customers an easy way to book or contact the team.

What We Built

We built a multi-section website with a warm, community-first design layered over a structured, conversion-ready layout. The site balances brand storytelling with functional commerce elements.

Hero section with mission statement and dual CTAs

Services section with 5 individual service cards and booking prompts (Repair, Fitting, Classes, Custom Builds)

Product showcase with category filtering by brand (LIV, Giant, Momentum, All-City) and individual product pricing

About section with founder story and community mission

Contact form with direct phone and email integration

Newsletter signup for community updates and group rides

OpenStreetMap embed for physical location

Footer with shop hours, quick links, and social channels

The Result

A website that feels like the shop itself: welcoming, knowledgeable, and community-first. Built to serve both first-time visitors looking to buy their first bike and returning customers booking a seasonal tune-up.
